Empty Seat Tracker overview

The Empty Seat Tracker allows you to view a live sample of which stations do and do not currently have associates logged into them (via the Avaya Phone).  The data the Empty Seat Tracker uses is updated every sixty seconds.

When you launch the Empty Seat Tracker, all seats will intially show as available (green).  You must click Refresh to load the newest data.  Likewise, you must click Refresh anytime you want a more recent picture of available seats.  (Note: the source data is only updated every sixty seconds).


Using the Empty Seat Tracker

  1. Open the Empty Seats tracker from the links at the top of the QuickAccess webpage, if it is not already open.
  2. (optional) Select any options you wish, such as to utilize training rooms or mark broken seats, by checking the boxes at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Refresh Now link to update the floor chart.
