Care Ministries
Led by Carol Ann Stevenson, the Care Team seeks to give loving attention to the participating of church members as well as to their needs related to illness, grief, or isolation. Methods of communicating concern and care to all members shall be utilized. Please contact us if you have any questions or wish to join our team of volunteers.
Flower Minitry
Arrange and deliver flower arrangements from Sunday Worship.
Telephone Ministry
Make regular calls to those who live alone.
Card Ministry
Send get-well, sympathy, birthday, and seasonal cards to shut-ins.
Comfort Books
Deliver to members who have experienced a loss.
Care Notes Ministry
Order and arrange materials on Resource Table in Gathering Hall.
Comfort Food
Prepare and deliver simple meals to members who return home after hospitalization.
Sermon Tapes/CD's
Deliver recordings to members who are homebound.
Care Visitor
Visit shut-ins.
Helper Ministry
Assist members with special needs around their homes.
Condolence Meals
Prepare and/or assist with serving meals.
Condolence Visits
Make visits after a death.
Volunteer Drivers
Take members to medical appoinments, grocery shopping, etc.
Office Assistance
Answer telephone during Monday's staff meetings.
Newsletter & Membersip Mailings
Assist in church office with weekly newsletter and mailings.
Blood Drives
Promote and assist with Blood Drives.
