Applets
This HTML applet was created for a PCI compliant contact center where customer service agents did not have access to store files. Provides tabbed pages of notes with ADA accessible type settings and many customizable options. When closed, content does not remain in memory or storage.
Word-wheel app that provides “search as you type” functionality for quickly locating reference information. In this implementation, selected content is automatically copied to the clipboard, along with the current user’s name and greeting information for use in standard reply templates for an email contact center.
The Chive Reader built for the modern Windows platform as a proof of concept for the Siena rapid development tool.
WxRadio Streams live NOAA Weather Radio from Weather Underground sources and integrates with modern Windows platform features like audio channels, taskbar controls, and background audio for listening while using another app.

I use the Power BI stack to help Teleflora, LLC. analyze and make sense of big data and key performance indicators to drive efficiencies and process improvement.
